Podiatrist

Ibrahim Pulos

Bachelor of Health Science in Podiatry

Ibrahim is a podiatrist originally from New Zealand, where he completed his Bachelor of Health Science in Podiatry. After graduating, he gained experience in private practice and hospital settings before moving to Melbourne.

He has a particular interest in high-risk foot care, including diabetes and complex wound care. His broader work includes general podiatry, diabetic foot assessments, routine nail and skin care, ingrown toenail and wart treatment, orthotics and musculoskeletal conditions. He also provides SWIFT wart therapy and shockwave therapy.

Ibrahim offers both in-clinic and home-visit care, and occasionally works at Coburg Podiatry’s sister clinic, Gap Road Podiatry in Sunbury. Podiatrist

Paul Stephanatos

BHSc, Master of Podiatric Practice · 2017

Paul has been part of the Coburg Podiatry team since 2017. He graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Podiatric Practice, and has worked across private clinics and multidisciplinary settings throughout Melbourne.

His clinical focus is musculoskeletal podiatry: assessing how the foot and lower limb move, identifying what is driving pain or dysfunction, and building a treatment plan around it. This includes biomechanical and gait assessment, custom orthotics, shockwave therapy for stubborn tendon and heel pain, and dry needling. He also has a strong interest in paediatric podiatry, performs ingrown toenail surgery under local anaesthetic, and provides Swift microwave therapy for warts.

Paul explains what is happening and why, so people leave understanding their condition rather than only being treated for it. He is fluent in Greek and regularly consults with Greek-speaking patients in their first language. Outside of podiatry, he spends time with his wife and children, enjoys fishing, follows sport — including the Hawthorn Football Club — and exploring Melbourne’s food scene.
